Every 3rd Thursday a bunch of photographers gather at my studio and we talk about photography, life, and have a wonderful time getting to know each other. It’s one of my favorite times of the month! Yesterday we did things a little different. We did a night time shoot. Jefferson Todd, Stuart Thurkill, and I all brought models and lighting equipment of our choice. We then had everyone who attended split up into groups and we went out around downtown Mesa and had fun shooting models. We had a blast and everyone did such a great job.

I was excited too because JT reminded me to take a picture of the group and i’ve been wanting to do that forever!! So the pictures above are of everyone who participated except one of the models, who had to take off early. Also, for those of you who have been wanting to see my studio, this picture is a sneak peak!!!

I do love taking pictures at night, it’s a lot of fun and i’m having a great time playing around with techniques. I had the wonderful fortune of having Jessamy come out and be my model. We wanted to do funky, fun, and crazy, and she pulled it off!!! Thanks so much Jessamy. Below are some of my favs!!!
