Katie’s High School Senior Pictures

I’ve known Katie since she was in 6th grade… its been fun seeing her grow up into the amazing Senior she is now. Gosh I feel so old saying that!

Katie did so amazing at her Senior Session and we got so many great pictures.

Below are a few of my favorites!

Doesn’t she look all professional!

Love this!

Totally a favorite.

Jennifer - I’m lovin’ these senior photos! The angles and lighting are fabulous!

Chelsea’s High School Senior Pictures

It’s that time of year again and we have been having a blast with Senior pictures! Seniors are seriously so much fun to photograph and I have a BLAST!!!

Chelsea called me up because she had senior pictures taken earlier in the year and didn’t like them. They weren’t her. They were posed, stiff, and she hated the way she looked.

So I came to the rescue and we had so much fun really capturing her personality and the true Chelsea. These are some of my favorites; although really there were so many good ones it was hard to choose from. Way to rock it Chelsea!

We are about to announce some great things for the class of 2010 so continue to watch the blog!

Jennifer - Yeah, I was laying on the floor next to a big styrofoam “96” in my Sr pics. These are SOOOOOOO COOL! They’re all so good and the model is adorable too.

I don’t know if I’ll want to look at more because it makes me feel old and jealous! lol

Serendipity Videography - How Senior Pictures sure have changed!!! No more sitting on the block numbers of the year you graduate holding a fake rose!! At least that’s how it was in my day!! These are so cool!!

Paulette and Brant – Married at the Phoenix Art Museum

Brant and Paulette got married a couple of weekends ago at the Phoenix Art Museum. This was such a fun wedding for me because I love it when weddings are at places out of the ordinary and have great picture opportunities.

The week before the wedding I went to scout out the museum and found so many great locations for pictures. I as a kid in a candy store… so much fun.

The day of the wedding Paulette got ready at the Montelucia Resort (which is gorgeous). We started pictures there and then finished up at the the museum.

Brant and Paulette are such a wonderful couple and I had a great time getting to know them!

We had a great team of vendors:

Phoenix Art Museum (Venue)
Majestic Weddings and Events (Ceremony Coordinators)
Petal Pusher (Florist)
Classic Cakes and Confections (Cake Artist)
Serendipity Videography (Videography)
Scott Swanson (Officiant)
Darcy Carter | www.coppersquarekitchen.com

Paulette looking out at Brant waiting for her for their first time seeing each other. So cute!

Portrait time. Love all of these!

Isn’t Paulette just stunning?

After the Montelucia Resort we headed to the museum for some more portrait time.. I love all of these.

There were tons of cute kids for the ceremony!

Paulette walking out with her brother.

There were lots of tears. I cried too!

Happily Married!!

I had to show you all this cake… it was phenomenal. The flowers hung off of it. Gorgeous

Kids dancing at the reception is always fun.

I LOVE this shot that Kimberly Bee got from up on the balcony. My favorite 1st Dance shot.

The really neat thing about the museum was that they had this gorgeous gigantic room for the reception. Also, part of the museum was open for the guests. Such a fun and different idea!

Thanks Paulette and Brant. I had so much fun with you guys!

Erica and Justin – 50’s themed engagement session.

A few weeks ago I had one of my favorite engagement sessions of all time!! I can’t believe how much fun, Erica, Justin, and I had!!! We found some great new locations to shoot in and I was a little kid in a candy store, loving every minute of it.

Erica and Justin are having a 50’s themed wedding and wanted to dress the part. I LOVED Erica’s cute little dress and Justins white shirt with simple tie…It totally made the pictures.

They also decided that they wanted to do a few “themed” pictures, so they rented a very unique car that was made in 59… i’m not sure of the exact name of the car and I don’t want to mess it up, but you car lovers will know this car… it’s a classic. We went out to the boonies and got some amazing shots with the two little lovebirds and the car. What fun times.

This session is a classic example of what I encourage my clients to do.. find something unique about you and your fiance and let’s take pictures that truly capture who you are.

I think we really captured Erica and Justin and they did such an amazing job!

Here are some of my favorites!!

Seriously, could they get any cuter?

These car shots are so much fun…. what a great idea they had using the car! Isn’t Erica so cute?

Love this!

Classic… Justin is a stud!!!

A little taunting:)

Love this!

One of my favorites.

Ok, they are all my favorites!!

Thanks you two!!! I can’t wait for the wedding… it is going to be so much fun!

Opportunity to pass on

I just got an email from a friend who is in need of some engaged couples to be talent in a video he is producing. I wanted to pass on the information to anyone who might be interested. I believe the shoot is this saturday (tomorrow), so it’s fast notice.

If you are interested please contact Dan directly. His information is below.

———————-

I wanted to ask you if you know any engaged couples (maybe one of your customers) who
would be interested in being talent in a video I’m producing this Sat. at CCV in northwest Phx.

It will be a great time with John Trent and Michael Smalley as they interview couples about
how they met, got engaged and some of the areas they’d like strengthen their relationships.
Then, these marriage experts will take the couple through some exercises and give them some
relational tools to help them.

PLUS…we’ll feed them a hot lunch AND pay them $75 per couple.
