We know you've never made a wedding album before and this process could be overwhelming, so we want to help you out as much as possible. Your predesign, is more than likely larger than the album that you originally purchased. You have 2 options at this point, you can either pay the difference or you can get rid of some of the spreads in order to get it to a price point that you are comfortable with. Either way, we want to help you in this, so we have put together some information in order to make this easier for you. Please read everything below and if you have questions please feel free to send us an email!
Viewing your album
You are going to view your album through some pretty neat software called Album Exposure. It's an online viewing program that actually allows you to make comments and changes directly for each page. You will be sent a password in order to view your album. If you do let friends and family view the album, be sure they don't accidentally press approve, or it will tell us you are ready to send it to print.
There are 3 different viewing modes: Book view, slideshow view, and thumbnail view. You can see the different views on the bottom right hand side and switch at any point to the view that works best for you.
{Book View}
Flip through each page individually. You control when the page changes.

{Slideshow View}
Watch the entire album as a slideshow. We suggest this route when you are first viewing the album.

{Thumbnail view)
If you want to view the pages more than one at a time, use thumbnail view.

Making changes to your album.
No album is ever set in stone until you approve the album. At this point we will start the process of printing the album. This process can take 12-16 weeks, so please be prepared for that. We will let you know once your album is ready to pick up.
You will have 2 chances to make ANY changes you would like before you will be charged a change fee. We do this to ensure that you really think through the changes before we make them and to help the process go quickly. If you are ever having problems making changes, having anxiety attacks, or frustrated, please give us a call so we can help you through the process.
There are a few steps that we feel will help you make the process easier!
1) Sit down and go through the album slowly at first. Enjoy it, relive the day, and have fun looking at it.
2) Decide if you need to eliminate pages to cut down on price, if there are images that you would like included that did not make it, or if there are images you want taken out.
3) If you are happy with the album as is, just press the button that says "I love it, approve my album!". We will confirm with you on any additional items and then work on sending it to print.
4) If you love the album and the amount of spreads in the album, but want to make a few image adjustments, then go through the album carefully and send us your comments for changes. In this case we ask that in order to keep the layout and design the same you only switch out vertical images with vertical images and horizontal images with horizontal images. If you don't do this then the layout of the spread will change and might not work.
To make image changes just note the space number within album exposure. Tell us what image number (specify if you are looking off of your DVD, Pictage, or your proof book) you would like to change and which space number within album exposure that you would like to change it to. Do this for each spread and then submit your changes.
5) If you need to eliminate spreads and get the album size down smaller please follow these steps:
1) Go through the album and eliminate any full spreads that you would like out of the album. Please note that you can not eliminate only one side of the spread, unless you specify where on a different spread you want those images moved to. A book consists of spreads and to only delete one side will change the book dramatically and will not work. So, make sure you are eliminating FULL SPREADS first.
2) Once you've eliminated spreads go through your album and make any image changes.

3) If you absolutely can't get it down anymore and want our help in totally redesigning it with less images, then let us know. At this point we will have to get rid of more images and either you can tell us which images that are the most important to you and not to get rid of, or you can just go with our best judgment. Make sure you let us know the amount of spreads that you must get it down to.
You will have 2 weeks to get changes to us before your album will be moved to the end of our album que. Please make sure to get these changes to us before the 2 week mark is over so that we can get your changes finished in a timely manor.
Add all of your comments underneath each page in the viewing software. Your changes will automatically be saved when you go to the next page (however, I do suggest that you write them down in a text document first just in case your software malfunctions).
If you are ready to send us your changes, press the button that says "I've got changes, send all comments". This will send us a form that we will use to make your changes. Please also send us an email to let us know that you send the changes, just to make sure that we received them. We will confirm with you at that point.
2nd round of changes
Once your changes are complete we will resend the album to you. You will have one more chance to make any changes, so please do the same as above the 2nd round as well.
If you are happy with the changes done and want us to sent the album to print, press the approve button and we will send it to print, otherwise, make changes the same way and press the send comments button.
Final Approval
After your 2nd round of changes we will send you one last view of your album. At this point you can either pay the $250 to make additional changes or you can approve your album.
Please let us know if you would like to upgrade your album cover at this point or keep the original album. If we have any questions we will email them over to you before we start print.
