Kimberly Jarman Missing in Action…

MIA – Missing in Action

I was just informed that it has been over a month since I last posted. A month!!! Are you serious? I could have sworn I posted just a few days ago. My oh my how time flies!!!

I must apologize for my lack of posting, but I did need to take a short hiatus to catch up on life… there is so much going on in my life and I was watching it go by, behind my computer, so I had to step back for a tiny bit and enjoy some of the little things.

I must let you all know that things are going very well. Business is wonderful and I have a ton of great pictures to show you very soon as well as many more sessions coming up soon. We are very booked this spring with weddings and only have a few dates still available, so get ready for lots and lots of updates.

Personal News

My little baby girl just had her 6 month birthday and has decided to start crawling and pulling up on everything!!! Life as I knew it once is now gone. My mornings and nights are consumed by my little beauty, and I’m taking it in as much as I can. She is growing up much to fast and I don’t want to miss it. So, my time is limited now and I must learn how to time manage…something that I have been trying to work on all my life!

My husband and I just celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and I am still madly in Love with him. Life just couldn’t be any sweeter!!!

The Blog

Melanie, my wonderful studio manager, and I will be taking off a week in February to sit down and really hash out the business so that we can run more efficiently. Part of that includes coming up with a lot more content for the blog so that I can keep it updated more often.

Stay tuned for some really exciting things to happen in the next month or so that will keep you all coming back for more and more and more!!!

How are you? Contest?

Finally, how are you doing??? I would love to know!!! Please comment below and let me know what is going on with you!!! I will choose at random one post from the comments and that person will get a $10 itunes gift card!!! Bribery at it’s very best!!! Make sure you include your name and a way to contact you.

Jessi - Oh my goodness she is adorable, and growing so fast! I love the picture with her and Jamie dancing too! I’m glad you’ll be back to blogging soon, I missed seeing you’re great stuff. (yeah yeah, no facebook!) 😉

As for us, things are going fabulous, and we’re keeping busy! I’m still working on my photography skills, and probably need to pick your brain very soon! 🙂

Mellimage - Nice to see your girl growing (even though that always happens too fast). How am I doing? probably just as busy as you trying to finish my dissertation, preparing two trips to the States in April and May and as it seems a move to another city right before all of that. Plus, it is Superelection year here in Germany and I get to vote in 3 different elections (plus to analyze the outcomes afterwards – that’s my day time job…). Best wishes,
Melli

Keri - Oh my gosh, she is 6 months old? She just just s little newborn when I got to meet her. So darn CUTE!! Congrats on the anniversary, too! We’ll have to get together again as soon as I have recovered from my recent C-section. 🙂

Jennifer Bowen - She is just gorgeous girl!! And yes, life is going to get busier now that she is crawling. Just wait until she starts walking!! Which with her strength and motor skills, will likely be by 9 months!

Tara - Kim – Kailee is beautiful!!! And those eyes… I'm glad you're trying to find the time to enjoy the moment because it does go by entirely too fast. Brooke just turned 2 last month! You look back and wonder, "how did that happen?" We're expecting baby #2 in April and then soon after we're relocating to Seattle for a couple of years w/ P&G. We're hoping to make it to Scottsdale sometime soon. Would love some pics of the new addition to the family 🙂

p.s. Your Christmas card did not disappoint! I LOVED it!

February 4, 2009 - 8:24 pm

Heather - I am so glad to see you are back to blogging.. even if its only sporadically! Kailee is absolutey adorable!

February 4, 2009 - 3:11 pm

Cristi - oh kim, that 3rd photo down is so perfect! love her expression 🙂

February 4, 2009 - 2:39 pm

Dawn McKinstry - It looks like she’s already an expert in posing for the camera from the looks of that first one! Too cute!

February 4, 2009 - 1:24 pm

Erin Harvey - Those eyes… She is absolutely precious! We’ve missed ya in blog stalker land, but we all understand. Any chance we’ll get to see you in Vegas? My hubby and I are also going to be in Phoenix on 2/19 so hopefully we’ll see ya at some point this month. =) I’ve never used iTunes to buy music but I would love to try it! -Erin

February 4, 2009 - 12:31 pm

Jennifer - How am I? That is a very good question, that I do not believe words can answer accurately…

Despite having to go back to work, (if only part time) and leaving my 3 month old baby girl, I am loving every moment of my life. My heart breaks when I leave Hannah in the morning, but when I go to pick her up, the huge smile she gives me erases the sadness I had of leaving her and the craziness of my day at work. They grow up so fast and sometimes I get caught up with work, or blogging, or browsing the internet, that sometimes I forget that all it takes is to just hold my little girl in my arms and life is as it should be. Nothing else matters besides her, my husband, my friends and my family.

So to answer you question, how am I? I am fabulous, loved, and enjoying life!

Do not apologize, Kim! I know, just as much as you, that our little girls will not stay little forever. We have to cherish every moment we can steal from our day, to spend with them! Enjoy that time with Kailee. You are one lucky mom to have such a beautiful daughter, so you do not need to apologize for spending time with her! :o)

Kimberly Jarman - Thanks Tira!! Isn’t she so wonderful. I’m biased, but truly I want to spend every moment with her!!!

February 4, 2009 - 11:53 am

Tira J - Hi Kimberly. No wonder you have been MIA, you have been taking care of that absolutely gorgeous little girl. Love her eyes! Hugs from So Cal!
