Protected: Holiday Mini-Sessions Ordering Instructions 2010

We love your holiday mini-session portraits SO much! We are excited to get the images to you, and we know that holiday cards need to be ordered and mailed so let's get right to the instructions (Please read thoroughly so that you don't miss out on important news, specials, and details):

Online Galleries

All of your images will be uploaded to a password-secure online gallery that we will be sending you the link to, to view and choose your images.  We would love to have you all in the studio for a proper ordering session, but unfortunately there just isn't time and we want to be sure your images get to you as quickly as you need them.  Important note:  the galleries will only be online for FIVE days.  Not seven, not ten, not a month---five days.  This means your ordering needs to be completed in those five days.  The reason we're putting a limit on it is because these holiday orders need to be completed in that time frame for us to be able to get your images to you on time for holidays.  If you'd like to do more ordering after your five days, you will need to set up an in-studio session to view then that works with our studio calendar, which right now is the 2nd week of December.

Medium-Resolution Image Files

Each holiday mini-session receives one medium-resolution digital file to be used for your holiday cards, so please make that your first order of operation when you receive the link to your gallery.  When you've chosen the image you'd like for this file, please email the image number to jenny@kimberlyjarman.com and we'll get the file to you. If you would like to add more medium resolution digital files you can do so for $85 each or in groups of 5 starting at $300. Normally medium resolution digital files start at $90 and you must purchase them individually, so this is a great discount if you are interested in more images. **To find this option click on "packages" when in your online gallery.

Prints/Digital Files/Etc

Included in the Holiday Mini Session is 10% off of prints, canvases, etc. Feel free to order in addition to your free medium-res file. This can be done online in your gallery, just click and purchase style.  Again, if you miss the five day deadline and your gallery is no longer online, but you'd like to order more pictures, please call the studio or email jenny@kimberlyjarman.com to set up an in-studio ordering session.

Holiday Cards
