Sometimes when I arrive to a clients house I find perfection and with this little girl that is what I found. Perfect perfection. Of course, when you look at who her parents are you will see why. Erica and Justin’s photo hangs in the window of my studio and Erica is also the beautiful smiling bride in my ad, so little miss E kinda has some great genes, and naturally is pretty beautiful. Put that and then the cute amazing outfits that Erica found on Etsy and there you go, baby perfection.

I told you… it’s been a plethora of babies… and there are still more to come! I think I do have baby fever… uhoh!!!

Baby Emma is actually pretty special to me because she is my cousin’s new baby girl and I’m so thankful I got to see her when she was brand new! This little girl came out with a head full of hair and is going to be one spoiled little munchkin in our family!

The last few months have been nothing but baby sweetness and i’m in Love. How can you not be in love with day old babies who cuddle and sleep and preform perfectly in front of the camera?? I mean, yes they might pee and poop all over their daddies during the pictures, but still.. what is not to love?

Baby Genvieve was only 7 days old when we took these pictures and did such an amazing job. Her brothers decided to join us for a few shots as well.

Goodness Gracious, me oh my. Over the last few months I have been shooting so many cute little brand new and tiny people and it’s been so much fun! My wonderful friend Jenny Bishop asked me a few months ago if I could photograph her brand new baby when she arrived. Jenny is one of my great friends and also works as a associate photographer for one of my amazing friends Jennifer Bowen. Jennifer Bowen was out of town when Baby Bree was born, so, while I know Jennifer wanted to be the one to take the pictures, I was thankful to be able to step in and capture this perfect moment.

Little Miss Bree was only 4 days old when I took these pictures and she was the perfect baby! I couldn’t be happier with how the images turned out.

I’m trying to get back into posting some of our latest sessions. I photographed Little Miss M over 6 months ago for her 6 month session. These are probably some of my favorite baby pictures ever. She was amazing!!

Jason and Jennifer have quickly become favorite clients. Every time they bring Little Miss M around I smile. She’s growing up so fast and I can’t wait to continue to photograph her growing!!

I love it when I get calls from Industry friends who want me to take pictures of their family! I’m totally honored when this happens and especially when it involves cute little darlings like this one. Little Miss B actually turned one almost a year ago… that’s when I actually did this session, but I’m trying to finally blog some of the images. Miguel, an amazing guitarist and industry friend, and his wife Kim were married at the Royal Palms Resort, so this is where we actually went to take these beautiful pictures of little Miss B.

She did such a great job and is so adorable. These are some of my very favorite pictures!! I wanted to make sure that they did get shared, even though in a few months she actually turns 2 (woops:)).

Reagan Juarez – Cutest Little Guy!

Isn’t he the sweetest little thing on earth? A couple of weeks ago I was asked to take pictures of little 4 week old Reagan Juarez. I love taking baby pictures because you never know what you will get, but this shoot turned out to be one of my favorites.

Reagan did so great and allowed us to do so many fun things with him. We got great pictures and I can’t wait until his next session. Reagans parents choose to do a Baby Lifestyle package, which is 3 different sessions within the first year of Reagans life. This way we can capture the brand new little baby, the crawler, and the walker… all major stages in a baby’s life.

Shaun grew up 2 house down from me from age 2 until I was out of high school. He was pretty much like my brother the entire time. We rode bikes, played forts, built snow slides and castles, and football in the street. I have so many memories of my friend.

After High School we lost touch for awhile. I did my thing and Shaun joined the Army. About 5 years ago I was able to reconnect with him for a bit, but then lost track of him once more only knowing that he could be called to go to Iraq at any time. About a year ago I started googling his name to try to find him again and I was desperate to make sure that he was ok.

I was so glad when I found out that he was ok. He was serving in Iraq and had been for awhile. He had also gotten married and had a little boy. I managed to make contact with his wife, Keri, and reconnected with Shaun and his family through my favorite thing… facebook!!!

About a month ago I saw a post that Keri had written to Shaun on facebook. She told him that his son had just taken his first steps. My heart was broken…he wasn’t here to see his son turn 1 or take his first steps. I couldn’t imagine what it would be like to not have my husband here to see Kailee grow up in these most important moments. I really wanted to do something for Shaun so that he could see his son and have pictures that documented this place of his life.

I emailed Keri and asked her if I could do a session for Desi, their 1 year old son. She was thrilled and agreed to meet me to get some pictures done.

A couple of weeks ago we met up and I was able to meet Keri and Desi for the first time. It was special to me to meet the wife and son of a friend that was more like a brother. I felt like I was meeting family.

We took some great pictures of Desi and I hope these pictures will help Shaun to see what an amazingly cute and wonderful Kid he has waiting for him when he gets home.

I have to thank Shaun so much for serving this country and protecting all of us. He truly is a hero. Thank you Shaun, I hope you enjoy these pictures of your family.
