Oh how we love event coordinators!!!! One of our absolute favorite companies to work with on any event, or even if we just get to hang out with them with no event in sight, is A Day To Cherish. Owned and operated by the amazing Aleasha Shelton and her team of (gorgeous) gaggle of ladies, you should definitely get to know this company. How did you come up with your company name?
I wanted the name to express the mission we have for each and every wedding; to make it a day they can cherish forever
What is your signature dance move?
I avoid the dance floor like I avoid tulle and puffy sleeves
If your life became a biography, what would the title be?
Are we speaking the same language? The day to day of A Day to Cherish.
If you were a TV show character, who would you be?
Charlotte from Sex and the City, a hopeless romantic who loves my décor polished just right.
What is your ring tone/caller tune, and what does it say about you?
A cheerful little melody! I used to have a wedding song for a ring tone, but that got old after the first few years.
In Vegas, you’re most likely to be the one…..?
At a show, or a great restaurant

Is your zodiac sign correct about you? What is it and why?
For the most part, I am a virgo = modest, diligent, analytical, fussy, a worrier, and a perfectionist. Virgos make natural critics and their practical analytical abilities are second to none.
They are good at separating the good from the bad. They are clean freaks but have a messy closet somewhere!

Cooking, design or travel
If you were to win the lottery, what would your charity of choice be and why?
A Faith-based local organization or international small business aid for women
If your team were a band, what would everyone play and what would your music style be?
Jessica would be the outgoing lead singer,
Aleasha would play the guitar – lots of solos,
Cara would be in the back, keeping time with the drums,
and Stephanie could fill in what was needed for each song, piano, sax, whatever we need, she plays!
We would jam out to a girly pop style with a little hip hop flare.
What are your favorite kind of sneakers, and why?
I hate sneakers, that means I am working out or doing some kind of labor.
If your entire team were stuck on an island for a year, how would each of you respond?
Aleasha would pout and then make a list of survival techniques to implement,
Cara would immediately begin a search for food or anything to make into food,
Stephanie would build a boat from ‘scratch’,
and Jessica would begin to fashion branches and leaves into the most fashionable outfits possible, or she would just layout.
Would anyone be sacrificed?
No way!
